Ok, so, if you have been reading our posts for any length of time, you know that we support a plant based diet. Yep, I have been a veg gal for over 7 years now. It wasn’t an easy transition for me but it made perfect sense. Today, I would like to share with you why I kicked the critter products to the curb.
In my quest for health, I sucked up TONS of books, read countless studies and spoke to many experts. The only message that was continuous and stayed consistent throughout countless sources was that a plant based diet greatly lowered my risk for cancer, heart disease, diabetes, alzheimers and countless other diseases.
Have you guys ever thought about what wine can do for you? Besides, give you that lovely light headed feeling. Think about this, the FRENCH are the biggest wine consumers in the world.
