I keep seeing posts all over social media about shakes, powders, pills and liquids that will improve your health and people are eating it up – quite literally. I am sick of it. It has been all that I can do to keep from lashing out at the claimants. The only thing that has kept me in check about blowing my top is that these posts are coming from people that I know. People whom I don’t want to upset or offend but I have to say SOMETHING because these claims of health are just 100% false. Do any of you even have a clue what you are trying to sell? I have a secret addiction to both my pressure cooker and my crock pot. They make meals so stinking easy and especially soups. During the cooler months, I could eat soups 24/7. They are filling. Ok, so, if you have been reading our posts for any length of time, you know that we support a plant based diet. Yep, I have been a veg gal for over 7 years now.
