We are so excited to introduce our latest FULL Health program. Focusing on overall nutrition and fitness. Our Balanced Health Program is a 6 week plan that includes the following:
- Holistic Nutrition Education
- Weekly Guided Fitness Sessions (NOT just yoga)
- Weekly Accountability with a dedicated group
- …and the full support of your own personal Fitness and Nutrition Expert!
Each week, students will meet for a health session at The Sacred Lighthouse in Cauley Square. We will discuss and implement key factors that improve your own diet and then participate in a structured fitness class. Every session will end with a guided meditation and each week, students will receive homework. (No worries, it’s not as difficult as High School.) Our homework will include workouts for you to do at home during the week, until our next group session.
- Week 1: Intro to Eating for Health. Core Awareness. Proper posture for pain free living.
- Week 2: Sugar. The good, bad and ugly. Cardio Burn. Finding your breath.
- Week 3: Making it easy. Restorative Yoga. Deep Body Awareness.
- Week 4: Finding your hunger. Kickboxing Fun. How to release through meditation.
- Week 5: Mantras. Tapping into your Power. How to avoid self sabotage.
- Week 6: Rock your choices. Flow Movement. Finding balance.
Session 1 classes will take place on Thursday evenings. 6:45pm – 8pm beginning on July 6. There will be NO drop in’s for this program. Pre registration IS required and there are only 8 spots open. If you are ready to commit, use the link below and reserve your spot.
