Shelah has been studying nutrition and wellness since early 2006 and is a certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant through the AFPA with a specialty certification in Holistic Nutrition. Before Shelah devoted her life to fitness and nutrition, she struggled with her own weight as well as her health. She KNOWS how difficult it can be to drop weight, break bad habits and live up to all that the diet industry expects of us.
Shelah is a 1st degree black belt in TaeKwon Do, a YogaFit instructor, a Certified Nutrition Counselor, a Personal Trainer, a Certified Running Coach, a wife and a mom. It is through hard work and determination that Shelah met her fitness goals and now she can help you to meet your goals. The nutrition plans are conducted via Skype/Google Hang Outs and through the use of email and texting so no matter where you are located, or what your schedule looks like, we can help you achieve optimal health. We begin our packages with a full dietary & health analysis. After the dietary analysis, we will review your goals and draw up a plan that is as detailed – or as open as you want. All that you need is an email address and the willpower it takes. We will give you everything else that you need.

Initial Consultation This is a chance for me to get to know you and to discover how we can best work together to support you on your journey towards better health. We will discuss your intake forms, evaluate your nutritional status and begin designing a wellness program tailored to your specific needs and goals. Once you book your appointment, you will be emailed our client intake package. This paperwork will need to be filled out and returned prior to our online session. Sessions are 60 minutes in length.
Follow-up Session Maintenance sessions are designed to give us an opportunity to adapt your program to meet your dynamic needs. Checking in and reevaluating previous goals is an important step to recognizing achievements and being aware of aspects that need more attention. As the healing process progresses, changes are necessary to propel your transformation forward. Follow-up sessions are on average 30 minutes.
